As of right now and as of 2 years ago, Alecia and I get around in my VW Golf. Not the worst of ways, but it works. Bought it before we were married with hopes that her van would continue to work, but of course it didn't, so we're stuck in my car. We've got our fair share from my car so far and it's probably saved our lives a few times.
We're currently saving up for a van. Hopefully within the next year we'll have a new one sitting in our driveway!
